The FP7-ICT NCP is provided by Institute of Operating Systems on behalf of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation.
This NCP exists to provide you with a free support service to help you understand what FP7-ICT programme offers in the context of your organization. We will also highlight the very latest news and views on FP7 and offer expert and impartial guidance for those applying for EC funding.

The main mission of the Russian FP7-ICT NCP is:
- To improve Russia-EU co-operation in the area of information and communication technologies;
- To promote the involvement of Russian research organizations, universities, small and middle enterprises, IT-companies into the European Research Area (ERA) and FP7-ICT activities.
To achieve its mission the Russian FP7-ICT NCP is working to accomplish the following goals:
- To inform FP7-ICT potential participants in Russian Federation about FP7 activities;
- To provide interested Russian organizations with all round help, advice and assistance for successful participation in FP7-ICT programme;
- To organize training events and information days aiming to facilitate Russian participation in FP7-ICT
- To inform European Commission on FP7-ICT activities in Russia where their presence is necessary or desirable as well as on the international scientific FP7-ICT related events where the participation of European researchers is welcome.
- To develop a strategy of regional coverage of Russian scientific community in the field of FP7-ICT
